This is a marvelous ski house, very close to skiing, golf, and hiking. The spectacular 970 Fairway Court combines size, location, and seclusion to form the perfect setting for your vacation.
It works great for groups or multiple families. Upper level has 3 of 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Separate sitting area with large flat screen TV & couch, attached to private patio with large outside table and sunken hot tub. Main Level has Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and Master Bath. Large Family Room with gas fireplace and 75" 4K flat screen TV, Bluetooth speakers. Kitchen Area that sits 18 people - 10 person round table with 8 additional counter seating overlooking kitchen. Entry Level, large foyer and 1 bedroom (twin bunks and Full Size Bed) and full bath with shower/tub.
The garage is not accessable but the driveway has room for 2 cars.

Ski and Boot storage in Gold Peak for a nominal fee: $20/day for boots and basket. Free ski storage if rented through them.

Free storage with rental. $10 for ski and pole storage. Daily basket $10.
GARBAGE & RECYLCING: Vail Honey Wagon, removes garbage/recycling each MONDAY. Please access the garbage cans in the garage, and roll the cans to the end of the driveway each MONDAY before 8AM. It is required by the Town of Vail that you place them out in the morning to deter bears from working to get into the cans in the night
