This 4 bedroom and 3 and 1/2 bathroom Potato Patch townhome is a great ski vacation home or an equally phenomenal summer vacation home.  You'll have parking in the garage for 1 vehicle and 1 car in front of the garage.

Homes located in Vail Village or Lionshead, that are Ski-in and Ski-out, are 10 times the price of this great home.  Yet this home has million dollar views and is reasonably priced for your next vacation rental.  It works great for groups or two families.
Unfortunately, this home is not pet friendly, per the HOA.  The fine is $1000 and relocation of the pet.
This townhome has 4 levels as follows:
First: Garage level, front door entry, access to the 'dumb waiter',  boot and ski storage
Second: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry,  access to the 'dumb waiter'
Third: Living room, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath, balcony, hot tub and deck, gas grill, access to the 'dumb waiter'
Fourth: Master bedroom level, small office/work area and desk, access to the 'dumb waiter' from the garage

In the living room you'll find the wood fireplace with a large screen television, two sofas, one of which is a sleeper-sofa and amazing views of the Vail Ski areas.  You can see the Gondola in Lionshead from your living room and from the deck.  Lower or raise the blinds in the living room with the remote controls.

The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and on the upper floor (4th).  Bedroom information includes: 
Bedroom 1:  2nd level, Queen bed, shared bathroom
Bedroom 2: 2nd level, Queen bed, private bathroom, flat screen television
Bedroom 3: 2nd level, two sets of bunk beds, 1 trundle bed (sleeps 6), shared bathroom
Bedroom 4:  4th/top level, King bed with private bathroom and sitting area.  Sleeper sofa.

The free bus is a 6 minute walk down the driveway; but a personal vehicle is recommended during ski season.

    For people with service dogs

    What Is a Service Animal Under Colorado Law?

    The ADA and Colorado law define a service animal as a dog that is individually trained to perform tasks or do work for the benefit of a person with a physical or mental disability. (In some circumstances, a miniature horse who is individually trained also qualifies as a service animal.) The tasks or work the animal does must be directly related to the person’s disability.

    Vail Village Rentals requires proof or validation from the tenant's medical care provider of the need for such dogs. (service, companion, therapy).

    For example, Vail Village Rentals requires that:

  • all dogs must be in the company and control of their owners while in the common area,
  • all dogs are subject to the association's noise and other nuisance requirements, and
  • an owner is responsible for all damage his/her dog causes to the common area.
  • Asking for "Dogumentation"

    As noted above, Vail Village Rentals can require the tenants to provide proof that he/she requires a service, companion, or therapy dog. Expectable forms of proof consist of a letter from a licensed medical doctor confirming the type of dog, or a specific dog, needed to accommodate a homeowner's disability.

    If a tenant is unwilling or unable to provide proof of his/her need for a reasonable accommodation, Vail Village Rentals could prohibit the dog unless and until proper evidence of a need for a reasonable accommodation is received.
