4 Bed 4 Bath Sebastian Hotel Jan 9-13 only

This is a full service hotel. Featuring  a large living room with queen sofa sleeper, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area and balcony. Bedding consists of a master bedroom with one king, and a guest room with two queen beds. The unit is fitted with premium cotton linens and duvets, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer and an entertainment center with flat panel TV. In the bathrooms are natural stone countertops and flooring, upscale amenities and plush bathrobes with slippers, as well as custom branded bath products. All rooms include air conditioning, mini-fridge, Nespresso® coffee service, cordless phone, in-room safe and humidifier.
There are only 2 4 Bedroom Residences in the entire Sebastian, this is the best option if you have a larger group.
There is also Ski Concierge at Gondola One Base Camp, meaning you walk right to your skis in the morning, and drop them off when your day is done. Return in the afternoons to the Sebastian to enjoy apres ski cocktails at Frost bar or a soak in the heated outdoor pool or hot tubs.
The Sebastian Hotel has a total of 35 fractionally-owned 2, 3 and 4 bedroom residences.   All residences are furnished identically, but they are not assigned in advance.

There are only 4 of the residences in total that face the highway (majority of the hotel rooms face the highway) 
2 4-bedroom residences in total - one faces the highway, the other is on the first floor technically facing the mountain 
There are multiple 2 story 3 bedroom residences - the biggest difference of them from the one level residence is the vaulted ceilings 
If the Owner is on the fixed weeks, then they will be in the same unit everytime they visit 
If they are apart of the private residences club, they will not return to the same unit everytime 
Some of the 3 bedroom residences have a separate entrance to one bedroom that can be closed off as a lock off that could be rented out during their stay if they are only using 2 of the bedrooms 
3 Bedrooms split level: 2 bedrooms with double beds on the main floor, the second level has a pullout couch in the living room, and king bed off of the kitchen 
The same level 3 bedroom residences have 2 decks, one off of the living room and one in the master bedroom
