The Austria Haus Club is a full-service hotel-style residence club, ideally located in the center of Vail Village, just a minute walk from Gondola One in Vail Village. Situated next to the Covered Bridge, the platinum-rated residence is in the heart of world-class restaurants, specialty shopping, and outdoor offerings of the pedestrian Village. Every residence enjoys views of Vail Mountain, and the heated outdoor pool and hot tub overlook Gore Creek. SKI LOCKERs (complimentary to AHC owners and guests) will be assigned at check in!

Residences are rented Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions can be made by the reservations agent.

CHECK IN begins at 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT ends at 11:00 am.  Due to enhanced cleaning procedures, it is difficult to grant early Check Ins or late Check Outs.
 
PETS are not allowed at the Austria Haus Club.  The only exception is bona fide Service Animals.  Under the ADA, a service animal is trained to aid an individual with a disability.  Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support by virtue of their mere presence do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.  If you are bringing a Service Animal, please let the AHC Concierge know in advance of your arrival by calling (970) 477-5805.
 
The Austria Haus Club is a SMOKE FREE FACILITY.  Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on property, including balconies and the pool area, and within one hundred (100) feet of all entrances.
 
PARKING for our guests is complimentary for ONE vehicle.  Please pull to the front of the building and our valet will park your vehicle in our garage.  If you have additional vehicles with you, they will need to be parked in the Vail Village Parking Structure located right across the street from us.  Overnight Parking for the 22/23 Winter season is $60 per night.
 
Vehicles taller than 6’9” or longer than 17’ will not be able to be parked at the Austria Haus Club.
 
COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST is served from 7 am – 10 am on weekdays and 7 am – 11 am on weekends.  Proper attire is required to dine in our lounge or on the patio.  Please no pajamas, robes or swimsuits.  Please refrain from cell phone use in the breakfast lounge and library during breakfast hours.
 
BAR SERVICE is available from 12 pm – 10 pm daily and includes beer, wine and spirits.

EXERCISE ROOM & DRYLAND FITNESS + SPA
The Club’s Exercise Room is located on the main floor next to the elevators and near the Lounge.  This room is for Members and their guests only.  Guests under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
 
The Austria Haus has an arrangement with Dryland Fitness + Spa https://dryland.fitness/vail/ conveniently located close by within the Gravity Haus.  Our members can use the facilities and take classes for $20 per visit.  Please visit the Concierge for a list of classes and to purchase day passes.  There may be an extra charge for certain activities or classes.  Dryland Fitness + Spa also provides massages, facials and other treatments.  Our Concierge can schedule these services for you.
 
SKI AND SNOWBOARD GEAR STORAGE
Mountain side storage is available to guests skiing out of the Village.  If planning to ski from Golden Peak or Lionshead, guests may storge gear in their unit or in the Club’s Ski Room located next to the Front Desk.
 
Every condominium unit is allocated one ski storage locker located in the Gorsuch Ski Café.  Due to space restrictions at Gorsuch’s, additional/overflow storage is available next door at Vista Bahn Ski Rentals (VBSR).  Ski racks, boot dryers and baskets are provided courtesy of the Club.
 
Attendants John and Keagan are on site in the Gorsuch Ski Café locker room to help your party.  Owners Sacha and Dominique and the entire staff can offer assistance at VBSR.
