A beautiful home nestled in Eagle Vail's best location. This property features 3 fully furnished bedrooms with two full bathrooms upstairs. One additional sleeping area, w/ TV, and a half bathroom downstairs. Comfortable sleeping for between 6-8 guests depending on your arrangement.
Enjoy the wood burning fireplace inside and lots of open space for a real winter experience. Large deck and back patio located right off the Eagle-Vail Golf Course! If you have kids, this is perfect back yard for building snowmen and playing outside!
One Dog Only with Pre-Approval on Long Stays. Mandatory, non-refundable pet fee on pre-approved pets. $500 needs to be added to every stay. If you book using AirBnB, or another service, you still need to pay the fee or the rental will not be approved for a pet-friendly stay.

Home to approximately 4000 residents, EagleVail's amenities include the EagleVail Golf Club, Willow Creek Par 3 Golf Course, EagleVail swimming pool, EagleVail Pavilion, tennis courts, sports fields, community parks, open space and trails for both hiking and biking, quality waters nearby for fishing, white water rafting and kayaking, and more! The location allows for favorable, easy access to Vail or Beaver Creek. Dozens of convenient shops and restaurants within 5 minutes.

Pet-friendly residence - The owners are happy to consider 1 well behaved dog. The neighborhood is family and pet friendly. A $500 pet fee is required per any reservation and will be required for AirBnB and other booking services.
Delivery address - Fedex and UP S will deliver to the address, US Postal Service will not. We recommend for package deliveries 8110 Mountain Storage Solutions – 970-376-2608, 8110storange.com. You may also ship packages to our office in West Vail, come and pick the packages up yourself or we can charge you a fee to deliver them to you. 59 E Coyote Circle, Avon, CO 81620
