This home has a creekside back deck on Gore Creek and a frontside deck with incredible views of Vail Mountain. If you are looking for a value range property in the middle of it all this is the property for you!
This home is a much better value than most 4 bedrooms in the village because it has not been remodeled in the last 20 years. It is clean and everything works, but it is not mountain modern like a Solaris or Four Seasons.

Access during your stay:
Vail Village Rentals will require access to the property during daytime hours from time to time for home maintenance and repairs and will notify the Guest with as much notice as possible on any day during your stay that we will need access to the property.
Parking:
TT#1 has assigned parking which is located to the left of the stairway as you are looking at the front of the townhome. A dated parking permit will be on the countertop in the residence for placement on the dash of your car.
Entering the home:
You will go down a short set of stairs to Building 1. There is a door downstairs and upstairs. The inside stairs that connect teh floors is a spiral staircase so anyone who is staying upstairs will want to bring their luggage through the hallway stairs. Your vacation rental is located to your left as you enter buildling one. Head up the stairs and your entrance is on the immediate right. Use the code on the sliver lock and then turn the deadbolt to unlock (and unlock).The function and codes are the same for each door.
Entertainment:
All TVS are equipped with XFINITY, which is the local cable. You will use the XFINITY remote to turn the TV ON/OFF, Volume UP/DOWN and to change the station. Press the center XFINITY button to access the guide plus access to your favorite apps like Pandora and Netflix. You'll just need your personal login information!
Trash/Recycling:
You will find the bins located just to the left on the stairway as you go down the stairs to access building 1. It is picked up twice/week.
Firewood:
Please contact Vail Village Rentals if the firewood is running low so we can schedule a time for delivery. Wood is stacked on the front deck for ease. *Note that the downstairs fireplace is a gas fireplace. Please let us know if you would like to use that for your stay.
