The Austria Haus Club is a full-service hotel-style residence club, ideally located in the heart of Vail Village, just a minute walk from Gondola One. Situated next to the Covered Bridge, the platinum-rated residence is in the heart of world-class dining, specialty shopping, and outdoor offerings of the pedestrian Village. Every residence enjoys views of Vail Mountain, and the heated outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking Gore Creek. 

Austria Haus Club is a hotel style property where each residence is furnished exactly the same. Owner-members own weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Pets are not allowed due to the allergies of some members. Its not an owner or agent decision - it is not allowed. Membership includes 2 weeks in the winter, 2 weeks in the summer, and one floating week. Best Value in Vail Village! Residences are rented Saturday to Saturday.  Exceptions can be made by the reservations agent.
Sorry, there are no rentals allowed at the Austria Haus Club during the weeks of Christmas and New Years.
