We had the most wonderful visit to Vail. We’ve found the Austria Haus to be the best location in Vail Village and the most attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The amenities were wonderfully comfortable with everything you need in the condo. We love to cook and found the kitchen to be well equipped, everything down to Tupperware for our leftovers. This was our first trip during the Fall as we usually visit in the Winter for skiing but there is still much to do. We had a breathtaking (and challenging) hike up to Booth Lake Falls, we enjoyed Gore Creek Tail and found terrific deals at the shops and many delicious restaurants due to the “locals” time of year. We also spent significant time playing cards around the fire, cooking in, and enjoying the fabulous views during lunch on the patio. Some of our favorite restaurants were Sweet Basil, Sapphire, and Montauk. We will certainly visit again and our first choice will be to return to the Austria Haus.
