This newly remodeled West Vail Townhome is private and secluded. Ideal for family entertainment. Open concept living room. Kitchen with mountain views and lots of natural light. Floor to ceiling gas fireplace, and breakfast nook. Deck with gas grill. Downtairs bedroom with ensuite bath. Master bedroom on main level with ensuite bath and steam shower. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms both with ensuite baths. Common hot tub. Walking distance (about 7 minutes) down the hill to free West Vail Bus stop into town. Close proximity to grocery stores, liqour stores, and dining.
No air conditioning, No pets.
HOA says 7 night minimum is the ideal, so we heavily discount the entire week, even if not everyone in the party can stay all 7 nights. Due to parking limitations under the HOA, the garage has room for two mid-size SUVs. No full-size SUVs (ie. Chevy Suburban, Ford Expedition, etc). Adherence to parking rules is very important. The property does not have use of Guest Parking spots. Cars must always be in garage and garage door closed.

Airbnb - We stayed here for our sons wedding. This was the first time we visited Vail. Loved the location. This was very well stocked with all necessary needs! Place was very comfortable. Cant wait to come back to Vail. Close to everything. Parking, we rotated the cars at the trail parking lot. It was no big deal. Trail was awesome.

7 Day Minimum per the HOA rule and regulations
Parking is in the garage only. Two normal SUV's are OK, but you can NOT fit two Suburban size vehicles.
No Pets of any kind in the complex.
No more than 7 people max, including kids.
